We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client business data for any purpose other than delivering the Services to that client.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contractual obligations of confidentiality, including:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for the Site;
  • Google Analytics — aggregated analysis of Site traffic;
  • Meta Pixel — measurement of advertising performance;
  • Calendly — scheduling of audit and consultation calls;
  • Stripe — payment processing; we do not store full card numbers on our systems;

You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling non-essential cookies will not affect the core functionality of the Site. For information on how Google and Meta use data collected through their tools, refer to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and thereafter for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We retain client information for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for as long as required to satisfy legal, accounting and tax obligations. Listing credentials and delegated access are revoked and deleted within 30 days of termination of the Services.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted credential storage, and least-privilege access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. Residents of certain US states have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
